Nothing runs on a clock. The keeper acts when fees arrive and when the fund reaches a price.

Creator fees reach the keeper. Each full 0.5 SOL is one split: 10% pays for the server and RPC, 90% is divided by $LAB volume since the last split.

The sell share goes to the release fund. The buy share buys $LAB and burns it, in one transaction with a public memo.

When the fund holds the next unit's cost, it pays the rescue and the card gets its RELEASED stamp with a receipt.
